My job as fitness trainer is to lead, instruct, & motivate individuals or groups in exercise. Activities including cardiovascular workouts, respiratory system, strength training, & stretching. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, & skill levels.

Personally, I've always loved fitness. I started as a boy, back in New Orleans, l would run up and down the levees. Climbing on everything I could & jump off. I loved to fall and pick back up. So, fitness for me is understanding the compound basics & fundamentals to working out, training and stretching. So that we can get healthy and positive results in weight loss, injury prevention, or injury recovery because it does happen, we're only human. We make mistakes, why not fix them?
